Overview

The Dashboard is the at-a-glance view for the appliance. It combines identity and domain status, LGF storage, host CPU and memory usage, bench activity, installed libraries, and framework archives.

Dashboard cards

  • Identity and domain shows the current domain, DNS mode, and LAN services state.
  • LGF storage shows the /opt/LGF footprint, available capacity, and pool/VG counts.
  • Host usage shows current CPU, memory, load, and host storage reporting state.
  • Host network monitor shows total traffic and per-bench activity when available.
  • Bench Summary lists deployed benches and their platforms.
  • Installed Platform Libraries provides a compact catalog. Select a library for more information or use More to open New Bench.

Storage sections

The NAS Summary lists configured storage pools, LVM volume groups, and visible physical disks. Use the Storage page for actions such as creating pools, connecting iSCSI targets, formatting supported devices, and managing exports.

Verification

Refresh the dashboard after a deployment, update, storage change, or domain operation. A healthy dashboard should show the expected bench count, current library inventory, domain state, and reporting resource cards.

Troubleshooting

Values are temporarily unavailable

Resource and domain cards depend on live host services. Refresh after the related job finishes and inspect the job output if the state remains stale.

A library is not shown

Run a library sync from Settings > Updates, then refresh the dashboard. A library must be installed and licensed before it can be deployed.
