These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Linden Governed Frameworks ("LGF") website, services, software, support offerings, platform libraries, and related materials.
By accessing or using LGF services or materials, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of Services
LGF provides infrastructure management software, platform deployment tooling, documentation, support services, and related operational resources.
You agree to use LGF services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Website and Documentation
Documentation, guides, downloads, and informational content are provided for general informational and operational use.
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accuracy, LGF does not guarantee that all materials are complete, current, or error-free.
3. Accounts and Access
Certain services, downloads, support portals, or platform resources may require account registration or authentication.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
4. Support Services
Support availability may vary depending on the purchased support level, pilot agreement, or service arrangement.
Unless otherwise specified in writing:
- Support requests and incident reports will receive an initial response within 48 business hours.
- Response times do not guarantee resolution times.
- Support is provided on a commercially reasonable basis.
LGF reserves the right to prioritize operationally critical incidents and platform integrity concerns.
5. Payments and Fees
Paid services, support plans, pilot programs, certification processes, or platform offerings may require payment.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
LGF reserves the right to modify pricing, offerings, or support structures at any time.
6. Third-Party Platforms and Software
LGF may deploy, manage, or integrate third-party software platforms.
All third-party software remains subject to the licensing terms and intellectual property rights of their respective owners.
LGF does not assume responsibility for the operational behavior, licensing changes, or availability of third-party software.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use LGF services for unlawful activities
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or infrastructure
- Interfere with the operation or security of LGF services
- Redistribute proprietary LGF materials without authorization
- Misrepresent affiliation with LGF
8. Service Availability
LGF does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of websites, support systems, hosted services, downloads, or platform resources.
Maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, third-party outages, or operational events may affect service availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LGF shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages
- consequential damages
- lost profits
- business interruption
- data loss
- operational downtime
- third-party software failures
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for applicable services during the preceding twelve (12) months.
10. Intellectual Property
LGF branding, proprietary tooling, website content, and related materials remain the property of Linden Governed Frameworks unless otherwise stated.
Third-party trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Privacy
LGF may collect limited operational, account, or communication information necessary to provide services and support.
LGF does not sell customer data to advertisers or unrelated third parties.
Additional privacy practices may be outlined in a separate Privacy Policy.
12. Termination
LGF reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services for violations of these Terms or unlawful use of services.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the applicable laws of Canada.
14. Changes to Terms
LGF may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
